Crunchy Fruit Crisp
Deliciously simple, rustic and not too sweet, this is a perfect dessert or great addition to a Sunday brunch

5-6 cups Fruit, chopped (*fresh or frozen fruit works great)
2/3 cup Highwood Crossing Oat flakes
1/3 cup Highwood Crossing Flaxseed Muffin and Pancake Mix
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup Highwood Crossing Canola Oil or butter

Place fruit in 8x8, pie plate or cast iron pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over fruit and bake at 375ºF for 40 - 45 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
