Sweet and Salty Granola Bars
These bars deliver a delicious mix of sweet and salty flavors AND quick preparation time – what more can you ask for?!

3 cups Highwood Crossing Rolled Oats
1 cup Toasted sliced Almonds
1 cup Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds (or combo!)
1 cup Dried Cranberries
300mL Sweetened condensed Milk
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup Highwood Crossing Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips, melted in microwave for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15”x10” pan with parchment paper, overlapping the sides for easy removal of bars.

Combine all ingredients but chocolate chips in a large bowl. Mix well. Press evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Melt chocolate and drizzle over bars. Allow chocolate to harden. Cut into bars. (If not able to cut bars in pan, remove the parchment paper with the bars on top and use a large knife to slice)
