
Orange Vinaigrette
Preparing your own vinaigrette allows you to control the flavour as well as the fat content and is less expensive than store bought dressings. This dressing can also be used as a marinade!
2 Oranges, juiced
2 tablespoons Highwood Crossing Flax Oil
2 tablespoons Highwood Crossing Canola Oil
2 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Combine the above ingredients in a small glass jar or cruet and shake well. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
